Examination Cremesp account with participation of 97.5% of the enrolled

The test applied in the capital and in the interior of São Paulo state, recorded the presence of 2848 graduates

Examination of the Regional Council of Medicine of São Paulo (Cremesp) with the participation of 2,848 trainees in medicine in the first issue of mandatory testing, which took place on Sunday (11). The evaluation was conducted in the capital, in Botucatu, Campinas, Marilia, Presidente Prudente, Ribeirão Preto, Santos, São Carlos, São José do Rio Preto and Taubaté.

Of the total of 2924 students enrolled (2530 students from 28 schools of São Paulo and 394 courses from other states), 2.46% did not attend, which corresponds to 72 missing.

The race featured 120 multiple choice objective questions covering common problems of medical practice, diagnostic procedures and other situations in nine basic areas: Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Mental Health, Epidemiology, Basic Sciences and Bioethics.

    For the first time, the Cremesp became the compulsory examination by Resolution No. 239 of 07.25.2012. From 2005 to 2011, the assessment was voluntary. Of the 4821 students who participated in these seven years covered by the study, nearly half (2,250 or 46.6%) was rejected because it hit less than 60% of the questions.

    The proof of participation in the exam this November 11 will be required for the registration of medical professional at the Regional Medical Council of the State of São Paulo. But the record does not depend on the performance or passing the exam. The individual result per student is confidential.

    By law, the Cremesp can not condition the approval on the registration examination. This would require a federal law, such as that established the Examination of OAB, which is pending in Congress.

    Any evidence submitted blank or void for any other reason will be disregarded in the computation of final results.

    Be disclosed by the averages of correct area of ​​medical knowledge, as well as sample questions and percentage of errors.
